I cannot recommend this lovely Durham retreat enough. From the moment we arrived, the hosts showed the sweetest attitude towards my elderly parents, making them feel right at home. the ironing facilities were top, notch, ensuring our clothes looked impeccable throughout our stay. the heating was perfect, keeping us warm and cozy during the chilly evenings. We enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable sitting area, and the terrace provided stunning views of the garden. the dining table was ideal for enjoying meals together, and the patio was a wonderful spot for sipping morning coffee. the garden furniture was a lovely touch, allowing us to unwind surrounded by nature. the well, stocked kitchen with high, quality cookware and utensils made preparing meals a breeze. the electric kettle was a convenient addition for our tea, loving family. the flat, screen TV provided entertainment during downtime, and the parquet floor added a touch of elegance to the space.
